Outlaw Show Circuit
Draft and Pony Classic
1. Show Date is January16, 2010. All entries must be postmarked by January 8, 2010 !!
2. Showers are allowed to show unlimited models per class.
3. Setup will begin at 8AM. Show will begin promptly at 9AM.
4. There will be a 5 minute time limit between classes for setup, between divisions. Time limits will be enforced!
5. Classes *WILL NOT* be held for models.
6. Arguing with, badgering, or harassing the judges, or any other un-sportsman like conduct will result in the exhibitor being asked to leave the show without a refund of entry fees.
7. Judging Criteria: Models are judged on suitability to class entered and quality of workmanship.
8. Show is open to all sizes. Classes will be split as needed.
9. Championships will be determined by the first and second placed models in each division. Judges please remember that a Champion can only be chosen from the first place models. The Reserve Champion will then be chosen from the remaining first place models along with the model that placed second to the Champion in their Halter class. All other second place models do not qualify for the Reserve Championship.
10. We will be using the 3x5 card method of identifying models for showing. The front of the card should have the class number, model’s name, breed, and gender. The shower’s name should be clearly printed or written on the back of each card.. Models will need a new card for each class they are entered in.
11. Judges: According to NAMHSA rules a judge may not judge their own work nor may they judge a model which has been owned by them within the past six months of the show date. The show holder of any show and her family may not show at all.
12. Awards: Custom printed paper ribbon flats to 6th place, Custom rosettes for Champion and Reserve Champion models.
13. NAMHSA: This show has applied to become a NAMHSA Member Show. All models placing 1st or 2nd will be eligible to compete at the North American Nationals in 2010/2011. Please visit the NAMHSA website at www.namhsa.org for more information on NAMHSA and NAN.
14. Judging Criteria for Performance Classes: Models are judged on suitability to class entered, fit of tack, and quality of workmanship.
15. Performance classes are open to models of all sizes. Minis will show in their own division. Classes for both divisions may be split between OF, AR and CM's at the discretion of the judge and or show holder.
16. A description of what the model is doing is required for all Performance classes except basic pleasure classes. Models will need a new card for each class they are entered in.
